Ok, I’ll start by saying nobody is sick.
Over the last few days the kids have been on their own wake up schedule that just sucks… Sophie wakes up screaming between 12-1, and Alex start talking around 2-3 in the morning Not crying, just talking to himself loudly, it’s enough to wake us, or keep us from getting back to sleep from the escapades of Sophie.

And few days later… might have spoke to soon when I said the kids weren’t sick… they both have this heart wrenching cough, and it comes in fits, which is enough to keep you from sleeping.
Few nights ago, for instance the “cough” kept Sophie from sleeping, and that in turn kept us awake… so one day last week I was running on maybe 1hour of sleep… fun times with the pink elephants flying around all day.

So, today is my birthday… 40th to be exact. Really not sure how I feel about this, I don’t feel that old. Well, then again after last week, I’m really tired.

My wonderful wife has setup a party for me tonight. 🙂
